I've finished my new theme! Me not being a designer at all means this task will no longer ominously lurk in my future! Hooray!
Anyway, I looked through about every free theme and ended up downloading about 20 of them. Of those my final selection was the "Inove" created by the Drupal user glueckskind. It was a great theme and most of the design was very simple and slick. I edited quite a few things to make the page feel like I wanted, mainly resized the header and added the super fun random pics that in some way or another describe me. My favorite is the one of Gordon Ramsay. I'm not sure how that describes me, but Gordy would pwn teh iron chefs fareal n' stuff
